Specifications
is a two zones rotary tube furnace with an automatic feeding & recieving mechanism. Automatic feeder controls the amount and distribution of the materials inside the tube furnace to achieve continuous CVD powder processing under controlled temperature and atmoshphere.  The receiving tank will accept fired powder  without exposing the material to air. This furnace set is designed for calcining inorganic compound with better uniformity and preparing Li-Ion battery cathode materials with conductive coatings, such as LiFePO3, LiMnNiO3, etc and rotating CVD for Si/C anode materials.

One stainless steel tank  ( 2 Liter Capacity ) is installed on the other end of processing tube to gather the fired powder without exposure to air.

In the case that the collected powder needs to be transferred in a sealed container, a customized setup can be purchased along with the furnace. This setup includes the flange with inline swivel, flexible bellows, right angel tube, container with the butterfly valve and the support frame. The customer can easily remove the container with the butterfly valve for transportation while remaining the sealed condition.
