After that a .50 a mile fee per Large 24' Rental Truck will be charged. This extra fee is for the mileage charge after the 300 FREE MILEAGE. This extra charge is/if any, is whatever MapQuest says is the mileage, from Paw Paw, WV 25434 to your Home/Store/Warehouse, and all Fees must be paid with in 4 days of Auction close. Lets say you live within 300 miles of Paw Paw, WV then there will be no extra charge. However lets say you live 310 mile away then there would be a .50 per mile per Large 24' Rental Truck X 10 = .00 extra charge per Large 24' Rental Truck. NO CHARGE FOR BOXES OR PACKING WITH OUR FREE STIMUS DOOR TO DOOR SHIPPING DEAL. Please remember all  Fees & Extra Charges must be Paid within 4 days of Auction end. I have been told that everything could be packed into two Large 24' Rental Trucks, but I am not sure..
Local Pick Up is Best For Us if you don't want our Door to Door Stimus Free Shipping Services, and you want everything and the Glass Display Cases and the other display racks. If you can come pickup everything we will help you load and pack with your materials.  Keep in mind, you will need a truck to get everything and display cases and display racks.
You can also choose to have everything shipped by freight, but you must make all arrangements, see information below

Please ask your shipper if they needs everything on a pallet. I have been told the local newspaper office might give them to us FREE. However
if we will need to buy them, and you will be billed for them. Then we will need to prepare the pallet for delivery. If we need to palletizing everything please let us know. You will need to make all the arrangement for pick up and shipping with your shipper and cover the total shipping costs.  (Note: Your Shipper will need a Truck with a lift gate, we do not have a dock nor a pallet jack. SpecialGroup requests that Buyers contact SpecialGroup within 3 days of auction close to confirm shipping arrangements. We feel it will take us, about 30 days to
palletizing everything. We ask that your shipper pickup everything within 61 days of the close of the sale. All shipping arrangements must be made in advance.
If you can't pick up everything and you do not want our Door to Door Stimus Free Shipping Service nor the Glass Display Cases and the display racks . We might be able to ship most of the stuff by USPS or FeEX.
If so SpecialGroup does charge a handling fee, that  will be for packaging materials, boxes and above the shipping costs. SpecialGroup may ship via United States Postal Service. FedEx, or UPS. Please note that SpecialGroup reserves the right to substitute an equivalent service from another carrier to better meet the needs of a particular situation. If you
want need a particular shipping, please e-mail US to see if there might be an extral charge.
Due to the large size and heavy weight of the inventory, we require a physical address, no P.O Boxes please, and remember we do not ship outside of the continental United States.
Payment
The Buyer will receive a invoice within 24 hours after close of auction. The Buyer must contact SpecialGroup within 3 days following notification from eBay and SpecialGroup to make final payment arrangements. SpecialGroup will invoice the appropriate sales tax if required. Provision of a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification with payment may exempt buyers from sales tax. SpecialGroup will need to be paid within 4 days of Auction/Sale close, unless other payments arrangements has been made. SpecialGroup prefers payment through PayPal with a confirmed address. Credit and debit cards can be used through PayPal.  There are no refunds once sale is final. If full payment is not received within 4 days, SpecialGroup reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party, unless other payments arrangements has been made. Bid Cancellation
