Offered is a brand new Old Stock EF Dean flute Model DF-6HEB. A few years ago these flutes were set aside because the company changed name to Dean Yang so as not to compete with the new models. The new model is called Dean Yang Topaz and it sells for 84. This is the same exact flute.
The EF Dean intermediate flute has French open hole keys, a solid silver handcut headjoint, a B foot and a split E.
Beautiful, light and streamlined. It plays with a fluid sonorous tone in all registers. Just the flute to inspire a young advancing student to practice and play it all day. It would also serve an amateur or semi professional or a doubler. It really sings like a professional flute and I doubt if anyone would know the difference from just hearing it being played.
Just cleaned, oiled and adjusted thoroughly and it's in better than new condition.
The French case, case cover, wooden cleaning rod and swab are all included.
