Conservatively the resale value is in excess of m. I’d guess somewhere around m-m as I continue pulling out rare gems where it’s the only ONE in existence. Open to offers, but will not respond to low ball. Tax returns 5+ years in hand which will give you a general sense of what one human working this business full time can produce. With an extra hand or two those numbers will easily 5x. Future business projections and plans will be shared upon sale.
