,  is hand made by me and is a print of the original artwork. It is printed on high quality, 51lb glossy card stock and can be matted and framed to keep forever as a collectible piece of art.
I used one of my OES portraits as a model and added  reindeer antlers and a sleigh and voila!a new drawing that I made into a Special Edition Christmas Card, just for this Christmas season.
These cards come as a set of 3 Christmas cards and envelopes.
On the inside is written your choice of either:

The Sheepdog has been known in its native Britain for about 200 years, and is thought to descend from a variety of herding breeds.  They were developed by sheep farmers in the English West country to herd and drive sheep to market. The practice of bobbing the tail began as a means of identifying the" Old English Sheepdog" as a working dog, thus exempting its owner from taxes. It is claimed that the highly trainable Old English also makes a soft-mouthed retriever. Squarely built, robust and covered from head to bobtail with a harsh, shaggy coat, this is a playful, agile breed extremely fond of children and makes a dependable family protector suited best to country living.

a brief bio of the artist and description of her work.  This beautiful card created by P K Ufnal, reflects her passion for animals, particularly dogs.  Each card  is personally signed by the artist, P K Ufnal.
My Bio:
I was born in Yorkshire, England and immigrated to Canada
at the age of two. Most of my education was in the province
of Quebec, where I spent all of my teenage years.
It was here I discovered a love of drawing. In 1980, I j
ourneyed west to join my parents and siblings in
British Columbia, where I have resided ever since.
I presently live in Mission, British Columbia, Canada with my
Family and a variety of animals.
As an artist, I am self taught and having been a single Mom for many years, I used what was available to me to create a different style of art. Four mediums are used in the artwork: Ink, Pencil, Coloured Pencils, and Pastel. They are blended together to form a unique combination of colours and textures.  One aspect of my drawings is my attention to detail, from the many colours of a blade of grass, to the emotion in the eyes of my subjects, be they real or fantasy. I take great pride in my artwork and I am pleased to offer you a sample of it in this print.
