Operation method and function setting:
1. Temperature setting:
(1) Turn on the power switch of the furnace, the operation panel displays the temperature measurement value 3.0.0, the temperature set point 2.8.0.0, and directly use the + or minus-key to adjust the temperature setting, press the plus + or minus-key to increase or Decrease by one unit, long press the + or minus-key to continuously increase or decrease, the temperature setting value will be automatically set after long-term storage for two seconds, and is not affected by the switch or power supply.
(2) Turn on the power supply of the tin furnace, and the control panel displays the temperature measurement value 3.0.0 and the temperature set point 2.8.0.0. , Type * and use the Shift key to adjust the temperature set point, the number after the decimal point stops at this position, you can use this number plus + or minus-key to adjust. After long-term storage, the power will automatically affect the set temperature for two seconds (rather than switching).
2. Microcomputer automatic tuning:
If the deviation between the temperature measurement value and the temperature setting value is too high (3-5 degrees), or the temperature measurement value and the actual oven temperature deviation is too high (10-20 degrees). Perform automatic tuning operation, press and hold the Shift key* for three seconds, the thermostat will automatically enter the self-tuning state, the display screen and the set temperature are AT, and the two subtitles will not stop flashing crosswise, and you can take a 20-40 minute selfie- When adjusting, only adjust the normal display temperature you set. When the auto-tuning has not ended, if you want to exit, then press and hold the Shift key until the flashing stops*. The factory parameters are optimized values and generally do not have self-tuning.
3. Temperature compensation:
If the temperature measurement value and the actual oven temperature after automatic adjustment or deviation are too high, the following correction methods can be used.
(1) Press and hold the CAL function key for 2 seconds, the temperature measurement 5c is displayed on the temperature set point 0.0, and press + or-to compensate. After the compensation is completed, press the CAL function key twice to save and exit.
Example: The measured temperature value is 10 degrees higher than the actual temperature of the oven. Use the minus sign-key to adjust the temperature measurement value to 5c temperature setting -10, and then press the function key CAL to save and exit. On the contrary, the measured temperature value is 10 degrees higher than the actual temperature of the oven. Use the plus sign + to adjust the temperature to 5c to measure 10 temperature settings, and then press the function key CAL to save and exit.
(2) Factory parameter value. Press and hold the CAL function key for two seconds to display 5c 0.0, then press the function key
CAL displays Loc c, press the function key CAL to return to the normal window, 5c represents the compensation value.
Loc means locked, unlock means.
4 Note:
(1) Self-tuning, other parameters cannot be adjusted. ,
(2) The auto-tuning needs 20-40 minutes, and it also needs a stable 10-20 minutes after the end of the auto-tuning process. Temperature fluctuations during this period are normal.
