Welcome : Lovely stirrup cup, I do believe it is a fox?...pewter head, silver plate cup, some wear to the plate inside that shows a brass  base metal? 5 1/2" tall, 3 3/8" wide [diameter]...and I cannot find a makers mark,,,thanks for looking
