Vintage Chinese Cloisonne Box Raised Floral Pattern Turquoise Enamel Interior

Description

This small, round trinket box has wonderful shades of teal green, enhanced by splashes of carnelian red and silvery gray. The raised pattern at the center of the lid has a flower, enhanced by a wonderful scrolled vine pattern. The entire design is encircled by a narrow line of red and a wider line of black and white polka dots. The sides of the box have a single pink flower at each of the cardinal points with a scrolled design between them. The box is made of brass and has a tightly fitting lid. The interior is enameled a dark, turquoise blue. It is somewhat out of round, but otherwise in good condition. It measures 2.5" in diameter and is 1" high.
